Back and Neck

Massage to combat stress and tension, activating the natural energy flow within the body. Alleviates pain and stimulates the metabolism. Especially recommended in fighting pain and muscle tension in the neck and shoulder area!

Details: This treatment includes the back and neck area

Recommendation: Before the massage we recommend a hot pack - which loosens, and promotes blood flow to the muscles, allowing the massage to achieve even deeper effects.

 

Leg Massage

Especially recommended in coping with pain and tension in the leg muscles. By means of a leg massage, the muscles are relaxed - de-acidified - cramping and hardening of muscles is relieved, and afterwards your legs feel revitalized and stronger.

Details: This treatment includes the muscles of the foot, lower and upper legs, as well as side areas of the hips.

 

The Classical Full-Body Massage
