  • Our prices are per day per person and do not include local tax (2,60 €, children under 15 years are free).  Every room is calculated with the standard occupancy of persons indicated at each room. For single use we will take off 74 € per day (exceptions are single rooms and Family suite Deluxe I special). An occupancy rate stipulating the number of persons per room or suite is indicated. The rates shown above are appicable for each additional person per day
  • For stays of less than 5 days we reserve the right to a surcharge

Food intolerances: Our hotel is prepared for these and can offer you alternatives here. We ask you to inform us of this for the person so that we can adjust to it in good time and offer alternative products.

Food allergies: We would like to point out that we are not an allergy hotel and cannot guarantee that food has not come into contact with substances that are prohibited for you. We ask you to bear this in mind when making a booking if this could have serious health consequences for you.

No Smoking Policy
Since Jan 1, 2009 our hotel is a completely non-smoking establishment. Smoking is prohibited in the restaurant as well as all rooms, suites and holiday rental apartments, which are all designated non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed on balconies as well as in our Smoking Lounge.

Provisions
Our prices include All Inclusive. Naturally, you may book for only overnight stays or breakfast. (Changes can only be made for the entire duration of your stay) :

  • Overnight accommodations and breakfast: 22 € deduction from room price per person per night and from 10 - 14 € deduction from child price (depending their age) starting 3 years old or further persons.
  • Overnight accommodations: 35 € deduction from room price per person per night and from 14 - 20 € deduction from child price (depending their age) starting 3 years old or further persons.

Single Rooms
Our double rooms, double rooms superior and suites are available for persons travelling alone. There is a € 74 deduction from each respective room type for single users. 

Special room and table requests
If possible, we are happy to consider your special room requests. We charge for those requests  a surcharge of € 10,-- per day. We are unable to take into consideration any table reservations.

Pets
Our hotel is dogfriendly ans specially our appartments and Suites in House I are perfect for dogs as they are carpet free (wooden floors) Price € 10 per day not including petfood. 
Please be aware that pets are not allowed on the lawn or in the dining hall.

WIFI - WLAN
The hotel has a public and freely accessible Wi-Fi. This covers the majority of our hotel, however, due to the structural conditions in the rooms mainly only cache-based applications are possible. Video telephony and downloads work limited in the reception and hotel entrance hall area. Due to the capacities currently available in Gerlos, our WLAN is limited and is not suitable for downloads of large amounts of data. Apple devices generally work more slowly due to Apple's own security measures.

Bathrobes
2 Bathrobes are included for the rooms. Additional bathrobes are available at reception (fee € 5,- per Bathrobe)

Guest Washing Facilities
A washing maschine and a dryer are available for use. The use of those machines are free.

Check-In & Check Out
Rooms may be occupied on arrival starting 2 p.m. Please inform us in advance if you intend to arrive after 7 p.m. Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. You may be able to extend your stay depending on availability for a surcharge until 5pm maximum

Someting forgotten

We will happily send you any forgotten items by cash on delivery. Not requested items will be given away every end of season.

Cancellations & premature Departure
We charge a cancellation fee in the case of late arrival, premature departure or cancellations within 90 days of your arrival date. The General Business Conditions of Austrian Hotel Industry are applicable as stipulated.
