Wellness & Sauna in Gerlos for Children as well as Adults
Our sauna paradise is accessible to both children and adults. But since we know that adults often want to be able to enjoy their sauna experience in peace, Hotel Alpenhof’s wellness area is being expanded: Starting July 2015 a relaxation area exclusively for adults looking for peace will be available, furnished with an additional sauna and whirlpool as well as a roof terrace with panoramic view for refreshment just after your sauna

- The Laconium (ca. 60 °C)
Open daily from 11:00 am -20:00 pm
Mellow Turkish bath in Roman style decor with terracota and stone tones, provides an earthly, comfortable ambience. A trip to the Laconium improves circulation and is ideal for guests with delicate health. Your body becomes agreeably warmed, purged and purified. - the Family Sauna (50-55°C)

Best adapted for sauna novices and those with circulation difficulties, the Bio-sauna is the gentler version of the Finnish sauna. The humidity is at a pretty high level of 55%, promoting perspiration and preserving the pleasant effects of a steam bath
- The Blockhouse-Sauna (80-90 °C)
Open daily from 2:30 pm -7:00 pm
With a humidity level of 10-30%, the classic, Finnish sauna, provides a dry-warm perspiration pleasure: plenty of benefits for the immune system, heart, circulation and skin—it all comes with a view on the mountains with Alpenhof!
- The steambath (40-50 °C)
Open daily from 3:30 pm -7:00 pm
Take a seat on the ergonomically designed seats with arm rests in the Alpenhof steam bath. Enjoy the fresh, relaxing, blue-green colours, as well as the soothing fresh air. It’s all good for the skin, respiratory tract, heart circulation system and muscles.
